Pause and Reflect team Meeting
Under the theme “One Team, One Mission, One Impact,” the CODEA team rejuvenated its energy through a three-day retreat at Fort Breeze. The retreat brought together field staff and management, creating a platform to share experiences, reflect on lessons learned, and jointly chart the way forward for the year 2026.
